My issue is with customer service, I had a issue with my account being drafted with no prior notice and not being able to connect to another device, I never heard back from customer service. I couldn't find how to change my credit card information again no help from customer service. The app itself is fine and I use it as a nurse but I don't recommend the customer service no service, no reply they just draft your account. I'm not sure if I will restore my service because of the poor service.

I use this app almost every day. Mostly to check compatibilities. It's great because it doesn't need reception so I can use it on the helicopter or my dungeon of an ER
